  1. What sort of Company are you Energizer?
My Flashlight died after it's 4th use.I called your toll-free number today and voila!
After an insufferable number of options to choose from,I pick the one that seems to fit.As usual you, too, are experiencing heavier than usual call volumes.
Finally!! A live person answers and I am speaking to Nishant Purushottam in India.
After giving him all the info several times,he says he'll have a Cheque sent to me to replace the Flashlight.
NOTE: Your Warranty says that you will pay the shipping to send it to you for repair or replacement.
When I check my email, this is what Nishant wants:

For further resolution, we request you to provide us the below mentioned information:

•Picture of Flashlight and its model no
•Picture of flashlight "Made In" country name
    •Picture of flashlight invoice
•Picture of flashlight compartment and its batteries.
Once we validate the information successfully, we will provide on priority.

    Fine English,Nishant.
Energizer.....what the f#ck is wrong with you??
This is pure idiocy. When your crappy products crash you divert their call to some idiot in India with minimal English knowledge. You think the matter is settled but he wants pictures!!! READ THE LIFETIME WARRANTY!!
As I told Nishant,I bought it at a Supermarket.Do you save your Safeway receipts?
This would be funny if it wasn't so bloody stupid. You must like losing customers,I guess.
